Our Mission
World T.E.A.M. brings adaptive and able-bodied athletes together by empowering, enabling and engaging individuals through inclusive athletic programs.
For more than 25 years, our organization has used athletics to challenge and empower men, women and children with disabilities to accomplish goals they never thought possible. In all our programs, from mountain climbing, cycling, white water rafting, and many other sports, we include both adaptive and able-bodied participants.
Serving a Diverse Population In Need
Approximately one in eight people in the United States have some form of a disability. This population includes over four million children and 14 million elderly, is spread almost equally between men and women, and includes people from all races.
Their ranks have swelled with more than 706,000 members of the American Armed Forces who live with service-related disabilities from their participation in the Global War on Terror that began in 2001. World T.E.A.M. is aware of the needs of these veterans and makes a special effort to provide exceptional opportunities for outdoor sporting challenges.

Accident Victims
Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, complex disabilities, and medical frailties.
Some of the disabilities include, but are not limited to, those with:
Spinal cord injuries and paralysis
Traumatic brain injuries
Limb amputation(s)
Post-traumatic stress
Cancer survivors
Multiple sclerosis and Muscular Dystrophy
Combat related injuries
IDD (Autism, Down Syndrome and Cerebral Palsy, and other), complex disabilities, and medical frailties.
