["Event Locations & Date\n\n\nFriday, May 8th (no rain date)\n\nAnnual Knox Waldo Track Meet \nLocation: 25 Keelson Drive Rockport on the Camden Hills Regional High School Campus \nRegistration for teams from 9:00-9:45\nParade at 10:00, followed by the events\n\n\n\nRegistration Instructions: Below is the registration Excel (YOU MUST MAKE A COPY & you can convert to a Google Form document, either is fine, I use Google forms). To register your delegation, please complete and return the file by the April 15th deadline. \n \nSteps to complete registration\n\nDownload and save a copy of the attached Excel file/ Google Form (File → Save As).\n\nName the file: Delegation Name – Sport\n\n\n\nComplete one row for each delegation member (HOD, Head Coach, Assistant Coaches, Athletes, and Unified Partners).\n\n\nFill out all yellow-highlighted fields.\n\n\n\nSave your completed file.\n\nEmail/ Share the Excel/ Google file to Ana at [email protected]\n\n\nSubject line: Delegation Name – Team Registration\n\n\nPlease note: Encrypted files, PDFs, or handwritten documents will not be accepted.\n\n\n\n\nImportant Tips\n\nYou must download and enable editing the Excel or Google Form file", " the original link cannot be edited. Make an electronic copy to share with me when completed.\nInformation entered should include accurate spelling and correct DOBs for all participants (including coaches) are required.\nIncomplete forms (missing DOBs, events, qualifying scores, etc.) will not be accepted.\nUse one line per delegation member and be consistent with your delegation’s name.\nDo not modify the format of the spreadsheet.\nONLY 3 events per athlete are allowed, with exception of the 4×100 Unified or Special Olympic Relay Teams, which can be added to the 3 events. Relay teams require 4 participants.\n\nRequired Paperwork\nAll required paperwork must be completed prior to the event for Athletes, Coaches, Volunteers, and Unified Partners. Please note that Volunteer A and Unified Partner forms expire every three years.\n\nAthlete Registration / Renewal Form – Special Olympics Maine now uses an annual Renewal Form for returning athletes.
