Our peer support group is designed specifically for individuals managing chronic neurological conditions and disabilities. This member-led group offers a safe space to share personal experiences, challenges, and triumphs related to living with conditions like MS, ALS, SCI and more. 

Facilitated by Jamie Stires, who himself was diagnosed with MS, this group aims to empower its members through shared stories and mutual support on their healing journeys. Connect with peers who understand the unique aspects of your experiences and find encouragement in a compassionate environment. Join us to strengthen your support network and enhance your ability to cope with the everyday realities of your condition.

This group will meet in the Ground Therapy Lounge at Adapt on the FIRST WEDNESDAY of every month from 2 - 3pm.
