This weekly practice is open to all youth ages 5 - 18 at any experience level. BORP has sports wheelchairs available for those who need to borrow them.

Description

Wheelchair basketball is an exciting sport that offers players the chance to develop new skills, improve their fitness, build self-confidence, and experience the fun and challenge of playing on a team. We welcome players of all levels of experience–from newcomers to team sports to experienced athletes. Youth with any type of lower limb disability can participate, and BORP has a fleet of sports chairs on hand for those who need them. The program is mixed gender and serves youth ages five through high school graduation
