Our Mission

To empower independence and personal growth through barrier-free outdoor learning and fun.

The Fowler Center for Outdoor Learning is a program of MCHS Family of Services.

Our Approach

The Fowler Center was established on the belief that everyone deserves the chance to try new things, to grow and to be accepted. We are committed to creating an encouraging environment, empowering independence, and challenging all of our participants and staff to do their best.

We are family, committed to providing an atmosphere where everyone truly feels that they are valued. We offer accessible activities and programming to meet the needs of all those we serve while providing support and encouraging them on their journey, wherever it may lead. This approach encompasses the heart of who we are, empowering independence and personal growth through barrier-free outdoor learning and fun.
