We are honored to be able to work side-by-side our community members, patients, Rancho staff, volunteers, and our gracious donors to make this a place where patients throughout the country can experience the Restoration of Health, the Rebuilding of Lives, and the Revitalization of Hope.
Why Rancho?
Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center is a LA County hospital that treats some of the most complex rehabilitative cases in this country, seeing nearly 4,000 inpatients and 85,000 outpatient visits annually.
Recognized as an innovator and premier provider of rehabilitation and acute medical and surgical services for more than 125 years, Rancho Los Amigos sets the standard for rehabilitation care.
Why Give?
Since 1983, the Foundation has provided critical funding to Rancho Los Amigos for programs and services that address the needs of the hospital’s diverse disabled population.
Patients at Rancho Los Amigos come from a variety of socio-economic backgrounds, and the support of the Foundation allows these patients to receive treatments and access programs that are unfunded by insurance or are otherwise outside their personal financial means.
Program Spotlight
When trauma has turned a patient’s world upside down leaving them isolated and alone, music therapy with an LA Opera vocalist uplifts and heals the soul. LA Opera Connects and the Rancho Los Amigos Foundation have collaborated to bring the joy and inspiration of music into Rancho’s inpatient speech therapy program.
