Description

Our Mission

Chicago Rowing Foundation offers programs for multiple age groups and skill levels:  learn-to-row summer camps for teens; introductory after-school programs for middle schoolers; and competitive high school and adult programs. We have sessions for athletes new to rowing as well as nationally ranked teams competing in regattas nationwide. In short, we offer activities for athletes of all ages 11-100.

We are an independent program that allows any student, from any school or any economic or ethnic background the opportunity to row with our team.

CRF takes a comprehensive approach to the physical, mental and social well-being of its athletes, and creates an environment that promotes physical exercise, teamwork, positive role models, and wellness. In addition to competitive programs, we offer a wide breadth of recreational and fitness programs.
