Description
The Instructional Swim* program is for individuals who have a physical or visual disability who are new to swimming. Athletes will be assigned one-on-one to a volunteer swim instructor. Floatation devices will not be used in the teaching progression.
Thursdays:
7:30pm-8:30pm at Fountain View Rec Center
Also offered on Sundays: Lake Forest Academy 1500 Kennedy Rd. Lake Forest, IL 60045
4:00-4:45pm and 5:00-5:45pm (instructional, ages 5-17)
