Description: Who: Participant ages 18 and Up. Special Guest Volunteers: Mark and Robyn Jones College of Nursing (MSU) students! What: Join us to learn how to live a healthy lifestyle through cooking and fitness, all while having fun with friends. Engaging in cooking and baking involves all your senses and can help relieve stress, provide personal satisfaction, improve self-esteem, and enhance concentration. * Basic cooking and measuring skills * Personal hygiene When: Fridays. 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, September 6 - December 20, 2024 Where: Eagle Mount Activity Center, 1065 Franklin Ave Cost: $30 per day What to bring: Water bottle. * You will be helping prepare your own healthy lunch with the group!
