Program Overview:
 
Brief Summary: The “Wheels in Motion” program aims to establish a clinic-based Skateboarding and Wheelchair Motocross (WCMX) program catering to individuals and individuals with physical disabilities. This initiative focuses on providing access, education, and resources for wheelchair users to engage in adaptive sports, particularly WCMX and skateboarding.
Wheelchair motocross (WCMX) is an extreme sport where athletes use wheelchairs to perform tricks and stunts on skate park ramps. WCMX is the wheelchair version of BMX freestyle.
This inclusive program provides an opportunity to learn wheelchair control and mastery and earn an invitation to the 2024 World Wheelchair Motocross Championships.
