The IM ABLE Foundation invites you to a day of fun, fitness, and family-friendly activities at the IM ABLE Games. There’s something for everyone, so NO EXCUSES! Whether you’re an athlete, a casual walker, or just looking for a good time, we’ve got you covered.
Event Highlights
Sprint Duathlon: A duathlon featuring a 2-mile run, 8-mile bike, and a second 2-mile run in this exciting race.
Kaaginator Challenge: Inspired by IM ABLE Founder, Marine – and kick-ass trainer – Chris Kaag, the Kaaginator Challenge is an obstacle course featuring top-secret challenges that will be announced the morning of the competition. Divisions for everyone – the Kaaginator, Kaaginator Adaptive, Kaaginator Junior, and Kagginator Masters! Ooorah!
Klingers Wingers Wing Eating Competition: Fitness not your thing? Didn’t crush the Kaaginator? Sponsored by Klingers at the Airport, this wing eating competition – 10 wings, for time, multiple rounds until one person stands alone – cash prize for the winner. Victory never tasted so good!
The Trifecta: Achieve legendary status by competing in all 3 – the duathlon, Kaaginator Challenge, and wing eating competition.
2-Mile Fun Run, Walk, & Roll: Easy 2-mile course – perfect for participants of all ages and abilities.
Party on the Tarmac – Music, brews, and BBQ!

Adaptive Athlete FAQ
Parking: There will be designated accessible parking.
Volunteers: We will have volunteers assigned to help you unload your equipment when you arrive and help you transport it to the Transition Zone and then again after the race, to get the equipment back into your vehicle.
Elevation: There are a few small hills on the course but it’s relatively flat.
