Description
The Retreat will take place at the Adaptive Outdoor Education Center in Carrabassett Valley, in collaboration with Brutually Beautiful. We will focus on activities that allow caregivers the chance to relax, recoup, have fun, and explore their experiences through a therapeutic lens with support of licensed therapists. Caregivers will have the chance to dig into their past, present and future, learning forgiveness, grief, self-compassion, and self-care.
