Miami Beach Rowing Club’s Head Coach Vladimir Matovic and his experienced staff are ready to challenge new and experienced rowers to reach their potential.
MBRC’s summer camps are designed to teach and improve fundamental rowing technique, mental aspects of racing & training, and overall strength & flexibility.
Teach refined and effective technique with advanced drills and workouts to more experienced rowers;
Discuss mental strategies of racing & training in order to improve performance on race day;
Establish strength & flexibility programs for those wishing to take their rowing to the next level.
Boys and girls entering 6th – 12th grades with an interest in joining the winning tradition of MBRC are welcome. MBRC camp rowers will emerge with more fitness, strength, and effective rowing technique, which will give them an advantage going into their fall season, or beginning as novice rowers.
The camps will be held at one of the most beautiful rowing facilities in the country, the Miami Beach Watersports Center, located on the calm waters of Indian Creek. Home to the Miami Beach Rowing Club, the University of Miami and Barry University rowing teams.
