Special Olympics Maine invites athletes ages 8 and older to attend the Androscoggin County Bowling Training Days! Adult athletes are welcome on Thursday, October 29, 2026, and student athletes on Friday, October 30, 2026, at Just In Time Recreation in Lewiston. These sessions are a great opportunity to build skills, connect with teammates, and prepare for the bowling season.

Whether you’re a first-time bowler or a seasoned competitor, training days offer a supportive space to practice, learn, and have fun on the lanes.

Who Can Participate:Athletes ages 8 and older from the Androscoggin County area are welcome. Adults attend on Thursday and students attend on Friday. Pre-registration is required.

What to Expect:

Skill-building practice on the lanes

Separate training days for adult athletes and student athletes

A supportive, inclusive atmosphere for athletes, coaches, and families

Volunteers on hand to help the event run smoothly

Come cheer on our athletes, attend as a participant, or join us as a volunteer. We’d love to see you on the lanes!
