Program Details:
Ages: 18 - 25 years old
Transitional Youth Camp is open to a wide range of chronic health conditions, including but not limited to type 1 diabetes, epilepsy, neurofibromatosis, congenital heart disorders, hydrocephalus, and Tourette syndrome.
Location: Blue Ridge School
Cost: $900
Key Components:
Recreational Camp Activities: Including swimming, tennis, team sports, arts & crafts, theatre, and team building.
Peer Leadership & Life Skills Training: Learn and practice valuable leadership and life skills
Skill Sessions: Two sessions will take place daily in one-hour sessions to promote skills.
Support Groups: Providing a safe space for participants to share experiences, seek guidance, and build connections.
