Cold water, big hearts, and a whole lot of community spirit—this fan-favorite fundraiser supports Special Olympics Maine athletes across the state.

Who: Individuals, teams, coworkers, friends, families—first-timers welcome!
The Ice Out Plunge marks the changing of the seasons here in Maine, and there’s no better way to celebrate than by taking a chilly dip for a powerful cause. Every dollar raised helps provide year-round sports training, competitions, and inclusive opportunities for thousands of athletes with intellectual disabilities.
