Description

CCRW & Mentorabilities PEI Reverse Job Fair is aimed at promoting workforce diversity and inclusivity.

Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work (CCRW) in collaboration with Mentorabilities PEI are proud to announce an exciting new event that will help foster diversity and inclusivity in the workforce. Join us at the Reverse Job Fair on Thursday July 4, 2024 at the Charlottetown Learning Centre from 12pm to 3pm. This innovative event is designed to create inclusivity within our community by connecting inclusive employers with job seekers with disabilities in PEI.

The Reverse Job Fair will serve as a platform where jobseekers can showcase their talents, skills, experience and abilities to employers in a safe and comfortable environment. Unlike the traditional job fair model, jobseekers will have their own booth, where they can highlight their skills, experience and aspirations. Employers in turn will have the opportunity to engage with job seekers in casual conversations exploring potential job openings and fostering connections.

Potentially leading to fulfilling the hiring needs for their business with an individual who will bring a wealth of talent and perspective to the table. If you are a job seeker with a disability seeking employment, growth and advancement or an employer looking to hire and contribute to building a more inclusive workforce in PEI, we welcome you to register to our event using the links provided below.

Join us at the Reverse Job Fair as we move towards greater inclusivity and diversity in the workforce here in PEI and cultivate a more inclusive future for our communities. Participant Registration Employer Registration
