Description

An early March staple in the New England nordic calendar back for 2026. Held on the scenic Rangeley Lakes Trail System in the foothills below Saddleback Mountain in Rangeley, Maine. A perfect cap to the Maine nordic calendar! Rangeley Loppet Marathon on Saturday, before the Burt Kettle Classic on Sunday.

Rangeley Loppet – Saturday, February 28th Freestyle Mass Start Race

50 k full length marathon.
25 k half marathon.

Burt Kettle Classic and Freestyle – Sunday, March 3rd  Classic and Freestyle Races

25 k Full Length Open Classic Race, 25 k Full Length Open Skate Race, 10 k Open Classic Race.
