Trilevel: 3.5/3.0/2.5 – December 5-7
Trilevel: 4.5/4.0/3.5- December 5-7
Trilevel: 4.0/3.5/3.0- December 6-8
Trilevel: 5.0/4.5/4.0- December 6-8
 
Registration: Sectional registration opens approximately 3 weeks prior to the start of the event. Captains of qualifying teams will notify their players once the registration period begins.

Minimum Player Registrant Deadline: November 23, 2025 11:59 pm, EST (6 player minimum)
Entry Fee: $50.00 per player

Players registering after December 01, 2025, 11:59 pm EST will not receive guaranteed sizing for the player t-shirt. No exceptions.

Team List & Schedule: The schedule will be posted in TennisLink no later than December 01, 2025, 5:00 pm, EST. 
Stats & Standings
Team Captain Conference Call: A mandatory Question and Answer conference call will be scheduled for December 02, 2025, at 7:00 pm EST. The team captain or team representative must be on the call. Captains may email questions before the Q&A.  Additional captain and event information is located at the link below.
Virtual Tournament Desk
Team Captain Check-In: On the first day of play immediately after the completion of each team’s first match.

Captains will receive their packets with team t-shirts
Please be on-site at least 45 minutes before your first scheduled match time
