Adapt has partnered with the University of California San Diego (UCSD) to present a six-part seminar series on navigating life with a chronic neurological disease. This inaugural seminar series will be specifically focused on life with Multiple Sclerosis and is designed to give patients the tools and framework to understand how to structure their actions and their thinking in order to maximize their life experience while dealing with the challenges of Multiple Sclerosis. This is inclusive of education, experiential activities, and reserve building through leisure activities.
