Handcycle Program
Join us for a group ride on Wednesdays & Fridays at the Seabreeze Amphitheater. We provide a few handcycles for those who need them, but please contact Jacqui at least two days before the ride to reserve one.
Mandatory items to bring:
SGU Jersey
Bike Helmet
Safety Flag for Handcycles
Spare Tube
Hydration/Electrolytes
Remember to bring anything else you might need, such as sunscreen and sunglasses. Please arrive prepared.

Time: Arrival at 7:00 AM, with Pedals Up at 7:30 AM
