Description
Join GLASA Swim for a fun, Move United Level 2 Sanctioned Meet! This free meet will provide an opportunity for the area’s more experienced para swimmers to showcase their strokes in an exhibition swim meet.
First time and beginners welcome!!
Coaches Clinic will run from 4-5pm
Swim meet will run from 5-7pm
Newer para athletes will swim their events as coaches on deck critique and provide feedback on swimmers’ strokes.
