Dear Coaches,
It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Time for the Knox/Waldo Regional Special Olympic Swim Meet! Please complete and return this registration form to Karen Gorris-Hicock by Monday, February 27 . This will allow time to place participants into heats. Be sure to make a copy of this form before completing it and share it with me or email it to me at kghicock@gmail.com.
Schedule of Events
9:00 – 9:30 Registration in the Waldo YMCA Lobby
9:30 – 11:30 Swim Meet in the Tom & Sally Savage Pool Complex
11:30 – 12:30 Lunch & Awards Ceremony in the Gym
We will continue to provide lunches for coaches and athletes so be sure to give us your lunch count. A minimum of 2 sandwich options along with a beverage and other goodies will be provided for all participants and coaches free of charge by the Waldo County YMCA and various sponsors. It is important that we have a good faith estimate of how many lunches will be needed. Every effort will be made to accommodate any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
You will receive your teams swim times for the state meet at the end of this regional meet. If you have any questions or need for special accommodations please call Karen at 323-1610 or email her at kghicock@gmail.com
