Our Veteran Water Aerobics program is back for 2025, offering a unique and low-impact way to stay fit and active. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or enjoy a fun and supportive group environment, our water aerobics sessions are designed to meet the needs of veterans of all fitness levels.
