 mplete the participation and registration process for each tournament. \

  Coming\n\n\n\nHeads of Delegation (HODs) should complete the Intent to 
 Participate Form for their delegation. \n\n\n\nIf your delegation has at
 hletes in both age groups\, please submit the form twice—once for 21 &am
 p\; Under and once for 22 &amp\; Over. \n\n\n\n2. Watch for Registration
 \n\n\n\nEvent registration will be sent to everyone who completed the In
 tent to Participate Form approximately four weeks before the competition
 . \n\n\n\n3. Register Your Delegation\n\n\n\nYour HOD will receive instr
 uctions for completing the official event registration\, including athle
