   \n  \nWe will be playing a stroke play format and will be walking the 
 front 9 of the Arrowhead course so please come prepared to walk.  \n  \n
 Required Paperwork:  \nComplete ALL required forms below for Athletes\, 
 Coaches\, Volunteers &amp\; Unified Partners prior to the event if you h
 ave not already done so.  \n   \nAll athletes are required to complete o
 ur Athlete Intake Form. One year from the signature date the form expire
 s and process transitions to a yearly one page Athlete Renewal Form.  \n
   \nAll HODs\, Assistant Coaches\, Unified Partners or Volunteers must h
 ave the following -   \n\nComplete Special Olympics Maine Class A Volunt
 eer &amp\; Unified Partner Registration Form (one time only) \n\n\nCompl
 ete a Sterling Background Check (expires every 3 years) \n\n\nComplete P
 rotective Behaviors Training (expires every 3 years) \n\n\n*Unified Part
 ners under 18 years old or enrolled in High School only need to complete
  Class A Volunteer Form \n\n  \nEach Delegation must also have one certi
 fied tennis Head Coach and have the forms listed above in addition to th

 pecial Olympics Maine sport specific training (expires every 3 years) \n
