 e will be playing a stroke play format and will be walking the front 9 o
 f the Arrowhead course so please come prepared to walk.  \n  \nRequired 
 Paperwork:  \nComplete ALL required forms below for Athletes\, Coaches\,
  Volunteers &amp\; Unified Partners prior to the event if you have not a
 lready done so.  \n   \nAll athletes are required to complete our Athlet
 e Intake Form. One year from the signature date the form expires and pro
 cess transitions to a yearly one page Athlete Renewal Form.  \n  \nAll H
 ODs\, Assistant Coaches\, Unified Partners or Volunteers must have the f
 ollowing -   \n\nComplete Special Olympics Maine Class A Volunteer &amp\
 ; Unified Partner Registration Form (one time only) \n\n\nComplete a Ste
 rling Background Check (expires every 3 years) \n\n\nComplete Protective
  Behaviors Training (expires every 3 years) \n\n\n*Unified Partners unde
 r 18 years old or enrolled in High School only need to complete Class A 
 Volunteer Form \n\n  \nEach Delegation must also have one certified tenn
 is Head Coach and have the forms listed above in addition to the followi
