Our program is open to all skill levels\, competitive\, recreational\, or an athlete wh o is interested in trying a new sport. Primary diagnosis as a physical disability including but not limited to: Spinal Cord Injury\ , Cerebral Palsy\, Spina Bifida\, Amputation\, Limb Difference\, Visual Impairment\, Dwarfism\, Traumatic Brain Injury\, etc. \nAthletes of all skills levels are welcome. \n*Sighted guides can be available for athlet es with visual impairment if needed* \n  \nEquipment: The BlazeSports Eq uipment Loan Program is available for all Youth Members. If your athlete needs a racing chair\, BlazeSports staff &\; coaches will fit your a thlete to the most suitable chair we have available.
