DESCRIPTION:Aquatic exercise is effective for anyone wanting to build lea
 n muscle mass\, increase strength\, or heal from injury. It is also the 
 ideal exercise medium for abled and disabled participants by helping the
 m maintain their good health at a comfortable\, functional level. \nNote
 : Summer hours 2024 changed to 11:00 am until 12:00 pm (Noon) \nEach acc
 essible water aerobics class includes a warm-up\, cardio and strength-tr
 aining exercises\, and a cooldown.  You won’t be swimming\, and most wat
 er workouts are done in the shallow end of the pool. \nStarts the first 
 week of February and runs through the end of September. All SGU members 
 that want to participate must be able to swim. The AquaFins meet on Tues
 days and Thursdays from 10-11am weekly. Please contact coach Jacqui to r
